I contacted Mr. Cooper to move me from a apartment to a condo about 2 to 3 weeks out. On the day of my original move, the weather was extremely bad and we had to cancel until the next day. The next day Mr. Cooper and his crew arrived 15 minutes early introduced themselves formally although we had spoken by phone on several occasions, did an assessment of what was to be moved and what needed shrink wrapping. They got started and did not stop until the job was done. There were quite a few pieces of heavy furniture but they never complained. They communicated with me through out the entire process in a professional and friendly manner. I’ve had bad experiences with movers in the past so I was unsure how this move would go but, I can honestly say Mr. Cooper and his crew made me feel good about my move. Mr. Cooper and his crew are kind hearted individuals who take pride in what they do. They handle your personal items with extreme care and make sure you are completely satisfied before they leave. There are not enough words to express the enormous gratitude I have for each of them. I am so thankful to have met such outstanding individuals. Mr. Cooper I feel honored to have met such professional individual and with a crew that is professional too. Many thanks for making my move a comfortable experience. You and your crew are AWESOME!!

I contacted Steve Cooper late one evening to help me with moving. Mr. Cooper was not only kind but so helpful, is as relieved that I actually spoke to someone as late as I did that could accommodate me. He was truly a blessing, All i can say about Mr. Cooper and his associate is that they not only came on time. It they were 15 minutes early to prepare themselves for the move. When I need to have other furniture or large items moved, they will be my only movers because of their level of professionalism, dedication, commitment, and honesty, they are in my eyes the best in the business because I have had others that drag their time, damage my furniture and really only care about the money. I . firmly and have seen it through their performance that Mr. Cooper and his staff have integrity and respect for others and their belongings. This, in my opinion is very hard to find. They They are very hard working, and work together as a team. I trusted them with my most valuable of possessions and I was just so impressed and amazed at how they performed at such a high level. If you ever need a reference, please request a reference check from Mr. Cooper and I would be more than happy to speak with you as I reiterate their outstanding performance and customer service skills.
