I contacted Mr. Cooper to move me from a apartment to a condo about 2 to 3 weeks out. On the day of my original move, the weather was extremely bad and we had to cancel until the next day. The next day Mr. Cooper and his crew arrived 15 minutes early introduced themselves formally although we had spoken by phone on several occasions, did an assessment of what was to be moved and what needed shrink wrapping. They got started and did not stop until the job was done. There were quite a few pieces of heavy furniture but they never complained. They communicated with me through out the entire process in a professional and friendly manner. I’ve had bad experiences with movers in the past so I was unsure how this move would go but, I can honestly say Mr. Cooper and his crew made me feel good about my move. Mr. Cooper and his crew are kind hearted individuals who take pride in what they do. They handle your personal items with extreme care and make sure you are completely satisfied before they leave. There are not enough words to express the enormous gratitude I have for each of them. I am so thankful to have met such outstanding individuals. Mr. Cooper I feel honored to have met such professional individual and with a crew that is professional too. Many thanks for making my move a comfortable experience. You and your crew are AWESOME!!
